If you are getting SSI from the United States Social Security Administration (SSA) your SSI payment for February 2024 will arrive on Thursday, February 1, 2024. If you are signed up to receive electronic deposit of SSI the funds should be available in your account on February 1, 2024.
If you receive any kind of Social Security payment other than SSI the February 2024 Social Security payment schedule is based on your birthday:
- If your birthday is between the 1st and the 10th of your birth month, you will get your payment from the SSA on the 2nd Wednesday in February — Wednesday, February 14th.
- If your birthday is between the 11th and the 20th of your birth month, you will get your payment from the SSA on the 3rd Wednesday in February — Wednesday, February 21th.
- If your birthday is between the 21st and the 31st of your birth month, you will get your payment from the SSA on the 4th Wednesday in February — Wednesday, February 28th.

- You live outside the United States.

Your benefit payment is deposited onto the card. You can then use the card to pay bills or shop like you would with a credit card, or you can withdraw cash at an ATM like you would from a debit card.
It’s unusual for a Social Security disability payment to arrive late. If your payment does not arrive on time, you should wait a day to see if it arrives the next day. Most of the time if your benefit payment is late, it will arrive the next day.
